Best Sales Tool I've used in 2020. My SF admin is in love with me.

Makes the least enjoyable responsibility for sales rep easy: SF. Updating is so simple. I don't have to click into each Lead/Opp and click each field. I can update fields for my entire pipeline in one view (especially via Chrome extension). I take all meeting notes in Dooly which is created with templates to match the type of meeting. The notes and fields automatically sync up with SF.
